AvCap’s principals are Jaime Infante and David Rentschler who were the senior managers of the Aircraft Leasing Group at American Express Bank Ltd., (AEB) from 1979 to 1996.

At AEB, they financed, leased, sold and traded commercial aircraft worth more than U.S. $1 billion. They have accumulated over 50 years of experience in the aircraft marketplace, completing the acquisition, disposition, delivery and repossession of commercial aircraft in the United States, Europe, South America and Asia.

AvCap’s principals have developed relationships with airlines, banks, operating lessors, hedge funds and finance companies operating in the U.S. as well as internationally.

Since its inception in 1997, AvCap has completed numerous assignments for a variety of clients—multinational corporations, domestic and foreign operating lessors, investment banks, asset management companies and international commercial banks and partnerships.
